Journaling for the Health of Your Soul

Monday
November 24-December 8
12:30-2:00 pm
Instructor: Carol Hutchinson

Throughout history, journaling has provided people with not only a record of the events of their lives, but also a method to reflect on those events and grow in wisdom. Instead of simply reacting to events, we learn to ponder them and reflect upon them. Reflection allows us to be aware of our feelings and discover new options and choices. Journaling helps us take control of our lives and is also a good way to remember the things that are important to us. Each participant will be asked to purchase a journal of his or her choice. Minimum enrollment of 7. Cost: $25 for three 1.5-hour sessions.
