Meeting Schedule

Month from the year, photo Most of the regular meetings are on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., although there are exceptions. Please refer to each meeting's agenda for the starting time and location. All meetings are open to the public. Other meetings may be added to the schedule. Verify meeting time and location of each specific event, as changes to the schedule may occur.

Scope of Work

On December 10, 2007, City Council approved the following tasks as the assignment for the Neighborhood Task Force:

Green square  Assess progress made over the past year to strengthen neighborhood association participation and involvement.

Green square  Develop more specific recommendations regarding the City's annual review process for neighborhood associations.

Green square  Review draft text for SRC revisions intended to clarify the advisory role of neighborhood associations, and include additional recognized roles or a neighborhood association.

Green square  Provide staff with input regarding a set of Administrative Rules or Departmental Policies related to the Neighborhood Association Program.

Green square  Make recommendations about further advancing any of the original recommendations to strengthen neighborhood association participation and involvement that have not yet been acted upon.
