Mobile Food Units

The City currently regulates the location and operation of mobile food units. Based upon the variety of vehicles, carts, and etc. requesting approval, the City proposes to clarify some of the conditions of approval. Amendments will be specific to Salem Revised Code (SRC) 119.850.
