All manufactured dwellings whether inside a park, subdivision or on a separate lot are permitted the same. One single permit is assessed to cover the placement of the manufactured dwelling, earthquake-resistant bracing system, plumbing connection including 30 feet each of sewer and water lines, electrical feeder connections, and mechanical connection. This permit does not include an electrical service. The fees below do not address garages or carports accessory to a Manufactured Dwelling.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Additional permits (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and public works) will be required for those manufactured dwellings not located inside a park.
If the structure has gutters and they are put into a pipe, then a separate plumbing permit (for stormwater drainage) is required.
If the water service and/or the sanitary sewer lines are longer than 30 feet, then a separate plumbing permit is required.
A mechanical permit (gas line only) is required for all manufactured homes that include gas appliances.
Additional permits may be determined during the plans review process.
